What materials do you use?
We made our jewelry using a blend of meticulously selected materials. We source these from leading beading suppliers in Australia and Japan. Certain companies import specialty or processed beads globally to attain unique designs or finishes.
How to care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
- Handle with care: Avoid pulling or stretching, as handmade pieces can be delicate.
- Store properly: Store in a sealed pouch or jewellery box when not in use to minimise oxidation and scratching.

Keep dry: Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.

Avoid chemicals: Perfume, cosmetics, lotions, and cleaning products may affect colour and finish. Ensure perfume or skincare dries completely before applying.
How do I determine my ring size?
Ring sizing guidance is available on each ring product page. You can also refer to our Ring Size Chart as below:

Where is your jewellery made?
All PQraft jewellery is handmade in our Sydney studio.
Is it possible to replace a lost earring?
In most cases, we can offer a single-earring replacement.

We may ask you to send the remaining earring back so we can closely match the replacement.

The cost is typically half the price of the original pair, subject to material availability.

Replacement for discontinued designs isn't assured.

Handmade & Natural Variations
Each piece of jewelry is handmade and customised by the PQraft studio. Due to the use of natural materials and traditional craftsmanship, minor variations in color, shape, or details are common and add to the distinctive appeal of handmade jewelry.
Payment & Promotions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with PayPal, Shop Pay and Google Pay for your convenience.
Can I use more than one discount code?
A single discount code is valid for each order.
Discount codes:
- Cannot be combined with other promotions
- Do not apply to gift cards, sale items, stacks, sets, or bundles (as these are already discounted)
How are refunds processed?
After approval, the system issues refunds to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution but typically 2-7 business days
Gifting
Can you send my order as a gift?
Yes! To send your order as a gift:
- Enter your address as the billing address
- Enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address
If you’d like to include a gift message, please leave a note at checkout.

Are complimentary gifts included?
We love surprising our customers. Each order includes a handcrafted elastic beaded ring.
How do I track my order?
Once we dispatch your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Can I update my order or change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at info@pqraft.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
Once you dispatch an order, you must arrange changes directly with the courier.
Can I cancel my order?
Should you need to cancel, kindly reach out to us promptly.
Customers cannot cancel orders once processing begins or once they dispatch. In these cases, standard return or exchange policies may apply (if eligible).
