At PQraft, each jewellery piece is handcrafted with care and produced in small batches. We take great care in preparing every order to ensure it arrives beautifully and safely.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 5 business days

As our jewellery is handmade, processing times may occasionally vary slightly, especially during peak periods such as sales events, holidays, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience while your piece is carefully prepared.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping fees & delivery times

We ship all orders via Australia Post, offering both standard and express delivery options. Shipping fees and delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and selected service.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been shipped, not from the order date.

Shipping within Australia

  • Standard: Free for orders $89+, $11 under. Delivery: 3–8 business days
  • Express: Free for orders $130+, $15 under. Delivery: 1–4 business days

International shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations via Australia Post.

  • New Zealand$25 Tracked. FREE standard shipping for orders over $150.
  • United States: $35 Tracked. FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $180.
  • Canada: $35 Tracked. FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $180.
  • United Kingdom: $35 Tracked. FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $180.

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and local postal services

International orders may incur duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Delivery delays & responsibility

While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carrier disruptions or peak shipping periods
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Weather events or other circumstances beyond our control

PQraft is also not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
